What documents are required for renting?
Passport/DNI, drivers license and a credit card.
What is the minimum age for renting?
The minimum age of driver must be 21.
What type of card credit you accept?
We accept credit cards to pay the costs of car rentals, fuel and other extras. The main driver of the rental car contract must pay with MasterCard or VISA.
Can I pay with a debit card?
No, you can only pay by using a credit card.
The VAT is included in the price?
Yes, all the prices include VAT.
How much is the refueling charge?
The petrol cost will be paid on collection. The petrol cost is between 40 € and 150 €, depending on the car.
Can I hire a diesel cars?
Diesel vehicles are available at an additional charge of 2 €/day.
Can you pick me up from the hotel where I am staying?
The rental cars can only be collected by customers from the offices.
Can I choose a specific car from a group?
We only guarantee the car group, not the car when receiving your booking request.
Will I receive a refund if I will return the car earlier?
In case the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed date from the contract, we will not refund the customer for unused days.
What is the grace period allowed to the return the vehicle?
There is a one hour grace period allowed to the return the vehicles.
